Wari is an independent, non-commercial project currently operated as a personal product experiment.
The publisher is an individual non-professional publisher who has chosen to preserve their anonymity in accordance with French law.
Under Article 6 III-2 of the French Law for Confidence in the Digital Economy (LCEN), non-professional publishers may preserve their anonymity by making only their hosting provider's identification details publicly available, provided that the required personal identification information has been communicated to the hosting provider.

Intellectual Property
The Wari name, logo, visual identity, original interface, original texts, illustrations, and other original materials created for Wari are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Some content presented through Wari may refer to or incorporate information, works, traditions, images, or other materials originating from third parties. Where appropriate, Wari seeks to identify and credit the relevant sources and rights holders.
Nothing on Wari should be understood as transferring ownership of intellectual property rights to users.
AI-Generated Content
Wari may use artificial intelligence tools to create or modify visual content representing sacred places and figures.
Where such content could reasonably be mistaken for a genuine photograph, it is marked with an "AI" indicator displayed on the image, which opens further information about its origin. This applies both to fully AI-generated images and to AI-assisted modifications of reference material. Content that does not carry this indicator is presented as a documentary photograph of the place depicted.
Marked content is based, whenever possible, on verified photographs, documentary sources, or other reference materials.
Wari retains editorial responsibility for the selection and review of AI-generated or AI-assisted content, and seeks to ensure that it remains respectful and faithful to the available reference material.

If you believe that content published on Wari:
- infringes your intellectual property rights;
- has been published without appropriate attribution;
- contains materially incorrect or misleading information about a person, tradition, spiritual community, or sacred place; or
- should otherwise be reviewed or removed for a legitimate reason,
